PrivateFeeds functions both as an individual webcam chat site and video feeds to many mega sites that claim to provide 24/7 live chat. 

PrivateFeeds' free chat is quite generous.  No limit per day or anything and you don't even need to give email address or credit card to start chatting. 

The video in free chat is very clear but PrivateFeeds has reduced the no. of frames per second and save the smooth video for paid customers which is rather fair. 

To get to the paid chat, you have to register. You will be offered a VIP membership for free and this will give you 20 credits in your account to try their stuff like private 1-on-1 chat.  After the 20 credits is used up, if you buy more credits, you will gain 10% credit every time you purchase. Of course to get all these benefits, you have to give them your email address plus credit card details though there is no charge for the VIP membership.  If you plan to spend on the private chat anyway then joining the VIP membership may be beneficial.
