There was a fellow a few weeks back who was bragging about having nude/seminude pics of lots of the "shy" girls on Secretfriends and elsewhere. You might want to do a search on the forum -- he might have one of her.
Your other option is to find a cutie who *will* take it off. There are plenty of them. If we stopped spending money on the teasers, maybe they would stop trying to scam guys.

You know what I mean! Besides, although I concur that wild roaming boobies is way better than a hand bra; a hand bra is much preferred over an actual bra, ie: no nudity.
