Wow... Last night I was so furious! Seriously p***ed off! Evil or Very Mad

I was on a paying chat with the sexiest senorita, and we were getting on great, having a swell time; she's naked, looking fine and -- guess what?

My ISP suddenly cuts me off!!!!! Just disconnects and BAM! I can't get back on - I'm getting the busy tone and that's it. I'm left there, on my lonesome, unable to get back together with my hot camgirl. DAMN IT!

Does anyone else have Dial Up? Do you get problems like this?

Man, it sucks big time. I've been cut off before when I'm checking email or surfing, whatever. But, never during a chat. Just dumb luck...

Perhaps I should get High Speed.... This might be the straw that breaks the camel's back. I'm assuming web cam viewing is TONS better with high speed? I mean, with Dial Up, it can be 'choppy' and slow to connect, but it's still gooood - until I get cut off! Mad

I'd say go for broadband. It doesn't cost all that much more than most dial-up, it's almost always on, and things download a s**tload faster. I think you'll find that it's worth the extra cash.

I'm sad that you lost your connection at an inopportune time. What a bummer -- like you said, it's definitely a back-breaking straw.

Are you sure your provider wasn't playing Net-Nanny?

Yep, I'm going to get on the Information Super Highway and speed things up with broadband I think. I've suffered long enough! Wink

But, I never thought it could be anything like Net Nanny! How does that work? Do they cut you off if you search porn? Is big brother watching us as I type this message....??? Scary.

I don't know if BB is watching you but that kind of thing happens even in the USA these days, so I would watch out. I think its silly to police what people do in their own houses but there you go. Its not like we're looking at little girls or anything, the bastidges. Evil or Very Mad

But I bet it would be harder to cut off it you were on broadband, good luck!

Call me cynical, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if those "bastidges" really are keeping tabs on us (Nice "Johnny Dangerously" reference there, Dude). Maybe it was a coincidence that the feed cut off just at that point. Maybe it got cut at the other end...who knows. But I do think it's easier to get away with your rights on broadband.
