Think you've been to adultwork.co.uk before, but they're adultwork.com now and have a proper cam system now using Windows Media Player and Flash chat. (They market it under http://www.adultwork.tv/.)

Anyway, thought you'd want to check it out for yourselves, is the best non-flash system that I've seen. (In fact today it was better than most flash systems I've seen)
