If you've got a wife who looks at your email then get another email account! Hotmail, yahoo etc. Or a throw-away account like mailinator.com

Tony's got it right... There's two things you should keep separate from a wife/girlfriend -- your email account and your bank account 
Seriously though, when you sign up for these webcam sites, you can get some emails that might get you in serious trouble with your lady. So, it's probably best to sign up for a second email address.
On a side note, I'd never heard of streammate before - thanks for the link! I'm gonna check it out.....  |
