Buying, selling and renaming is not uncommon with porn video chat sites.  Like LiveJasmine used to call Jasmin Live.  icuCams manage to keep the name but it's owned by icuChat now. 

icuCams and icuChat use the same software and have the same cam girls so you may check out my review for icuChat. 

At first I heard icuCam is moving to icuChat so I expect icu Cam will be disappearing but it hasn't.  Not sure if they try to phase out icucam bit by bit or really try to maintain 2 different brands.. have to wait and see.
