GOA or GirlOnAir is a video chat site that dedicated to Japanese girls, just like DxLive. Though I think DxLive is run by a Canadian company so English is not a problem. In GOA, you may have to read it twice before you know what they mean.

The chat is quite cheap but some girls do look as though they work from home so quality of video varies.
