Let me get this right Jaz, you only want people to post comments that are complimentary to you, am I correct?
However, you can post uncomplimentary comments about others, 'buttugly' for instance. It may be that the other girl that you comment on is a favourite of one of the readers andalso that she is not on here to defend herself. Perhaps you should invite her.
If you are going to have a girly hissy-fit and throw your toys out of the pram everytime somebody says something that you don't approve of, then I thought better of you and I was mistaken.

My sense of humour is not sad, offensive or based on bigotry.
I have no idea how much offensive material you have to read and put up with on a daily basis, but going by some of the comments here at times, it wouldn't surprise me to find it's quite a lot. I'm not sure I would deal with it very well myself, but that's my nature I suppose. You won't find that I am one of your abusive conversationalists, that I can assure you.
